Following training and accreditation at this level students will be qualified practitioners, and will require professional indemnity insurance to practice.
Who is this course for:
Training at Level 2 takes the student beyond curiosity and prepares successful students to become a Reiki Practitioner. This a serious responsibility and the student must develop a deeper understanding of Reiki. They also need to consider the implications of working with clients and how they wish to develop as a professional therapist. Training at this Level is more intensive and for serious students who have a commitment to study and application of learning. Training is held over two days or a minimum of 14 hours. There is also a follow up meeting with the student. The student is required to provide evidence of application of learning and depth of understanding before a certificate is awarded.
Aim:
To introduce students to professional Reiki practice and provide the qualification required to treat clients in a professional setting.

At the end of the workshop students will have been attuned to Reiki at level 2, and also had an opportunity to carry out a supervised treatment.
The course is held over two days and lunch is provided. There is also a follow up meeting. This meeting will be held after a mutually agreed time has passed which enables students to have carried out some treatments. At this meeting students are required to reflect on treatments carried out and discuss any issues arising. This may be best achieved through the use of a personal journal, which protects the confidentiality of clients.
After the follow up meeting the student will receive their certificate. The certificate will state that the student has been attuned to Reiki at level 2 and successfully undertaken training at level 2.
